Buyer's Agents must use their skills to protect the Buyer's interest, including negotiation in the Buyer's favor. There is no need for an additional fee from either the Buyer or the Seller.

When you are shown a property that you like, the Buyer's Agent will help you determine what it is worth. When you make an offer, they will negotiate in your favor. If we represent you and the Seller in the same transaction, your Buyer's Agent will be your advocate, working and negotiating exclusively for you, just as they will when the listing is with another real estate office.
