Growing up in Tucson means Kathy knows this area well. As a second-generation real estate professional, she learned the tools of the trade from her mother who has sold real estate here for over 28 years.

Licensed in 2002, Kathy is an award-winning sales associate specializing in North/Northwest Oro Valley. Part of the Vallee Team -- ranked in the top 1% of all Tucson agents for sales – Kathy provides all the sales and marketing activities that includes maintaining all seven of their websites. Marketing the team makes good use of her creative skills and these talents abound for the former Fiber Artist and Fashion Designer. Kathy’s loom-woven pieces were once in high demand at high-end Scottsdale galleries.

She obtained the nation’s number one real estate designation, GRI, by completing a rigorous, comprehensive educational program covering all aspects of residential real estate. Considered the best and brightest in the industry, the real estate professionals holding the GRI designation are typically top producers.

Kathy holds the highest certification awarded in the real estate industry, Certified Residential Specialist, which only 4% of the nation’s realtors currently hold. What’s more, she received the prestigious Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist designation that exists to help real estate professionals provide high quality service to buyers and sellers of luxury homes. Kathy is among the handful of the area’s agents that hold this certification.

She and her husband/partner, Don raised four children here. Because of their love and devotion for this area, they are passionate about community service and helping others. Kathy has been involved in several local organizations including Victim Witness, Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) and the Women’s Compassionate Service Organziation. Kathy and Don contribute a portion of all real estate proceeds to CMN.
